Knowledge of pricing systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAP, or equivalent)
Attention to detail and process discipline in managing large datasets
Cross-functional collaboration skills with finance, pricing, and operations teams
Audit and compliance mindset with ability to support regulatory and internal requirements

Responsibilities

Maintains and updates price lists and customer-specific pricing reports
Manages cases in the generic inbox / workflow (and subsequent cases in Salesforce) by investigating pricing discrepancies, validating data, and answering various queries by both internal and external Stakeholders
Conducts Sox Controls to ensure pricing accuracy and compliance
Coordinates with the Business Analyst and pricing systems teams to ensure system integrity and proper report generation
Prepares analytics for customer-specific audits. Also performs audits as required
Manage tool user access and perform mandatory audits
Own maintenance of the SAP Reference Guide
Provides timely data to support strategic pricing decisions, margin analysis, and compliance reviews
