Responsibilities

  • Load customer pricing including item and product exceptions, PA defaults and all other daily pricing maintenance
  • Meet timelines using analytical skills to figure out correct, multiple steps necessary to build accurate pricing for each unique price agreement while maintaining integrity of pricing hierarchy when modifying discounts to an existing price agreement
  • Load supplier rebates, convert supplier part number to Fisher part number, upload sell price and rebate term for specific item and customer, determines which price agreement level the rebate must reside to ensure accurate pricing
  • Prepare price books and contract models; reviewing for accuracy
  • Carry out Non-GPO New Contract Implementation for customers
  • Trouble shoot, research and resolve issues using logic skills, attention to details
  • Conduct root cause analysis for daily and weekly audits including pricing accuracy, daily below costs
  • Performs procedures to ensure data security, asset protection, regulatory compliance
  • Be a strong business partner: responsible for 50-100 sales representatives
  • Perform pricing maintenance to be effective within 24 hours
  • Respond to an average of 200 emails/phone calls per week
