Responsibilities

  • Analyze Property Pricing and Risk: Assess individual homes for pricing decisions and risk evaluation, leveraging in-house tools and model outputs from the Pricing Technology teams
  • Develop Market Expertise: Gain in-depth knowledge of local market nuances to make informed pricing decisions and ensure homes are accurately and competitively priced
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Engage with various teams, including sales and homes teams, to ensure fair and accurate pricing of properties
  • Special Projects: Participate in projects focused on enhancing pricing operations. Collaborate with data science and engineering teams to improve pricing models and tools
  • Team Collaboration: Work as a cohesive unit with local management and the pricing team to drive pricing excellence
