Requirements

Associate degree, technical certification, or equivalent hands-on experience in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or related field
5+ years of experience in preventative maintenance, equipment servicing, or calibration
Knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems relevant to test equipment
Ability to follow technical manuals, schematics, and standard operating procedures
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Good documentation practices and attention to detail

Responsibilities

Perform preventative maintenance on test equipment used in ESS labs
Pick up and execute NB Expansion preventative maintenance (PM) tasks
Inspect, calibrate, and service lab equipment according to maintenance schedules
Document all maintenance activities, findings, and corrective actions in a structured manner
Identify early signs of equipment wear or malfunction and escalate as needed
Collaborate with engineers and lab managers to coordinate downtime for scheduled maintenance
Support continuous improvement of lab PM procedures and tracking systems
Ensure all maintenance activities comply with lab safety and equipment handling standards
