Requirements

  • Studying engineering with a focus on medical technology, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, mechatronics, electrical engineering, or a comparable program, with above-average academic performance
  • Strong analytical skills, structured, independent, and precise working style
  • Pronounced interest in manufacturing technology issues and optimization processes
  • Ideally, basic technical understanding of production processes and initial professional experience (e.g., through internships)
  • Confident handling of MS Office, especially Excel
  • Very good German and English skills in spoken and written form
  • Availability for a 6-month internship starting March 2026 in Tuttlingen (full-time, onsite)

Responsibilities

  • Co-responsible for analyzing and evaluating existing production processes
  • Supporting the recording as well as needs and utilization tracking of the machine and plant inventory
  • Involved in planning and implementing the relocation of systems and production areas, including move organization and preparation for commissioning of production systems
  • Participating in the preparation and support of knowledge transfers between different sites and specialist departments
