  • Eigenständige Übernahme von Projekten zur Automatisierung und Digitalisierung administrativer Prozesse
  • Unterstützung der lokalen HR Business Partner bei unterschiedlichen Projekten und Umsetzung von HR-Prozessen (Performance-, Compensation- und Talent Management)
  • Mitarbeit und Bearbeitung arbeitsrechtlicher Fragestellungen
  • Unterstützung beim kompletten Onboarding Programm
  • Tätigkeit in Mitarbeiterbetreuung, Personalentwicklung und Mitarbeiterbindung
  • Gestaltung des Employee Life Cycle
