PPC Specialist (Google Ads)

This role is for a detail-oriented PPC Specialist with a strong technical background in Google Ads. You will be responsible for setting up, maintaining, and troubleshooting ad accounts to ensure they are properly structured, tagged, and compliant with Google Ads policies. You excel in conversion tracking using GA4 and Google Tag Manager (GTM), ensuring accurate data collection and attribution.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience managing Google Ads accounts, including Search, Display, and Performance Max campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads Manager: including campaign structure, audience segmentation, and policy compliance.
• Hands-on experience with GA4 (Google Analytics 4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM) for setting up and troubleshooting conversion tracking.
• Ability to audit and maintain account cleanliness: ensuring proper tracking, exclusions, and spend allocation.
• Experience managing disapproved ads, policy violations, and compliance issues within Google Ads.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple accounts efficiently.
• Basic understanding of budget pacing and spend allocation tracking.
• Strong problem-solving skills, especially in troubleshooting tracking, attribution, and policy-related issues.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English with both internal teams and clients when needed.

Responsibilities

• Set up and structure Google Ads accounts according to best practices.
• Maintain account cleanliness and ensure compliance with Google Ads policies.
• Manage audience lists, exclusions, and tracking parameters.
• Set up and manage conversion tracking using GA4 and Google Tag Manager (GTM).

• Assist with budget pacing and spend allocation tracking.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
• Familiarity with landing page tracking & UTM parameters
