Requirements

  • BSEE/MSEE degree with at least 3 years of experience in test development with strong knowledge of power electronics, analog, and mixed-signal circuits, including expertise in testing power MOSFETs, SiC, and GaN devices
  • High proficiency with bench automation software like NI TestStand, LabVIEW, Python, or C
  • Experience with high-voltage test systems such as Eagles, Chroma, IPTest, or FTI
  • Comprehensive understanding of power device datasheet or module, along with experience with Altium schematic and PCB layouts, or similar EDA software
  • Familiarity with Keysight 1506 or Keithley Parametric Testers, along with experience with automotive-certified devices (VDA, IATF), is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop test circuits and software for bench characterization and automated test equipment (ATE)
  • Create and execute designed experiments (DOE), analyze data, and generate comprehensive reports
  • Troubleshoot and solve engineering and production issues related to the device, test software, and hardware
  • Perform yield and failure analysis for both engineering (DOE) and production
  • Document test programs, test releases, and processes
