Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 1 year of work experience in a manufacturing, operations, production, lab setting or related field
Preferred: Experience in a cGMP environment
Excellent verbal and written skills
Ability to interpret data, perform basic calculations, and troubleshooting skills
Ability to work a 12-hour shift (7pm–7am rotating schedule) in a 24-hour, 7 day per week operation
Must be able to work overtime as necessary
Meet DEA security clearance requirements if requested
Must be able to frequently lift/push/pull/carry up to 50 pounds
Close and color vision required
Ability to perform repetitive motions over a prolonged period including overhead lifting and reaching
Adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Safety Standards, and PPE requirements (safety glasses, gowning, gloves, lab coat, ear plugs etc.)

Responsibilities

Inspect capsules on inspection trays and remove defects such as odd shapes, transfer marks, and leakers
Read and adhere to workplace procedures such as SOPs, Batch Records, cGMP’s, and MSDS memos
Clean used trays/deeps, sweep capsules from floor, and remove lodged capsules in equipment
Operate deepless rooms with vision system
Sample and test product
Operate box maker machine and transfer information to SAP
