Ability to work closely with Policy Services Administrators, Profit Centres, and key stakeholders in New Zealand

Responsibilities

Day-to-day management and monitoring of all tasks undertaken by policy servicing teams
Lead, manage, develop, and support team members within policy servicing
Ensure agreed Service Levels and KPIs are met, quality standards are maintained, and exceeded where possible
Oversee onshore resources to process business requirements within required service levels
Assist in the reduction of unallocated cash and minimize unallocated cash amounts
Drive change leading to efficiencies, ensuring relevant training is completed for process and system changes
Serve as end-to-end escalation point for policy booking issues or queries from stakeholders
Facilitate and participate in frequent meetings with key stakeholders (Shared Services, profit centers, brokers) to discuss performance, process/system changes, issues, and feedback
Conduct meetings with key stakeholders to determine and implement process changes
Act as key contact for compliance, legal, and all internal/external audits
Ensure issues from compliance, legal, and audits are remediated within required timeframes
Identify or anticipate issues and recommend or implement process improvements
Maintain and deliver standardised documentation and training for procedures to ensure consistency, quality, and compliance
Provide key project support as senior stakeholder and subject matter expert
Work closely with teams to action report findings and drive monthly results for cash and receivables
Work across various business projects in operations
Be a key resource for understanding, implementing, and communicating process changes related to technological changes and continuous improvement initiatives
