Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth regulatory research on state, provincial, and tribal gaming commissions across the US and Canada
  • Leverage AI tools to streamline collection, analysis, and synthesis of regulatory frameworks, licensing processes, and policy documents
  • Design and help set up a proactive early alerts system for regulatory and compliance changes
  • Analyze regulatory frameworks, licensing processes, and policy documents to identify key requirements, pain points, and opportunities
  • Generate actionable insights by distilling complex regulatory information into clear reports, presentations, and documentation
  • Collaborate with the OneComply Product team and other teams to identify product feature opportunities and strategic recommendations
  • Monitor the evolving regulatory landscape to identify collaboration opportunities with agencies
  • Support the Product team in prioritizing features, defining requirements, and building business cases using research
