Responsibilities

Conduct in-depth regulatory research on state, provincial, and tribal gaming commissions across the US and Canada
Leverage AI tools to streamline collection, analysis, and synthesis of regulatory frameworks, licensing processes, and policy documents
Design and help set up a proactive early alerts system for regulatory and compliance changes
Analyze regulatory frameworks, licensing processes, and policy documents to identify key requirements, pain points, and opportunities
Generate actionable insights by distilling complex regulatory information into clear reports, presentations, and documentation
Collaborate with the OneComply Product team and other teams to identify product feature opportunities and strategic recommendations
Monitor the evolving regulatory landscape to identify collaboration opportunities with agencies
Support the Product team in prioritizing features, defining requirements, and building business cases using research
