Responsibilities

  • Development and maintenance of the Core Product for Mobile Banking Platform
  • Creating product vision and strategy, managing backlog and priorities for scrum teams
  • Managing product roadmap and technological/business initiatives
  • Collaboration with CPO, PO, and stakeholders from business, IT, compliance, marketing, sales, and customer service areas
  • Implementing innovative solutions supporting customer needs and bank goals in digitalization
  • Delivering innovative, intuitive, and secure mobile app solutions for managing financial products (accounts, cards, investment funds, savings, insurances, Subscription Manager)
  • Monitoring and optimizing performance metrics (e.g., app availability, NPS, login numbers)
  • Ensuring platform security, continuity of operation, data quality, and compliance with regulations (GDPR, PSD2, AML, ISO)
  • Analyzing user behavior, testing and accepting functionalities, initiating changes for usability and accessibility (WCAG compliance)
  • Active work with scrum teams (refinement, sprint planning, demo)
  • Managing backlog and setting task priorities for scrum teams
  • Managing budget, supplier contracts, and long-term product development planning
  • Participation in complaint processes and legal-formal aspects related to banking
