Requirements

Project Management studies or background
Experience in Jira and the Google Suite
Familiarity with software development methodologies (Agile/Scrum/Lean) and management of deadlines
Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English and Spanish
Able to work in a team and project-oriented
Willing to comply with and follow all regulations required when working in a highly regulated environment, such as ISO standards and GMP regulations
Background in life sciences or engineering (industrial, software) (nice-to-have)
Knowledge of Cloud Platforms and IIoT (nice-to-have)
PMP Certification / other project management certifications (nice-to-have)

Responsibilities

Managing the resourcing tool under the direction of the Head of PMO and assisting in meeting Aizon’s goals and objectives
Administer the Jira project structure, creating new projects and ensuring the adherence of the Project Management team to the internal procedures and best practices
Promote best practices and work with internal resources to ensure projects are delivered on time
Generate consistently all the reporting and communications related to project control and KPIs
Report and escalate to management as needed
Being proactive and proposing efficiency improvements
Identify areas for process improvements
