Requirements

  • Australian Citizen with an active security clearance or eligible for obtaining security clearance
  • Willingness to work in the Canberra office at least 3 days per week (relocation to Canberra welcome)
  • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities

Responsibilities

  • Support adherence to project governance frameworks and standards
  • Maintain project documentation including charters, plans, and risk registers
  • Ensure compliance with organisational policies
  • Coordinate schedules, resources, and activities for smooth project execution
  • Track key milestones, deliverables, and dependencies
  • Prepare for governance meetings and project reviews
  • Monitor, log, and escalate project risks and issues
  • Support development and execution of mitigation plans
  • Prepare and distribute regular status reports, dashboards, and presentations
  • Track KPIs and project metrics to provide insights to stakeholders
  • Assist in tracking project budgets, forecasts, and actuals
  • Support procurement processes including vendor management and invoice tracking
  • Act as a point of contact for project queries
  • Facilitate communication between project teams and stakeholders
  • Support workshops, meetings, and presentations
  • Work closely with project managers and PMO team members to foster a collaborative environment
  • Share best practices and contribute to process improvement
