Responsibilities
- 负责腾讯海外游戏业务管理，结合战略目标，助力海外游戏发行业务业绩的实现
- 主要负责部门各项目市场预算管理
- 组建市场专家团，按需输出市场维度的专业评估意见，辅助决策
- 牵头明确市场相关的效果指标、参考标准，完善管理规则，推动部门内应用
- 沉淀和总结项目推广经验，推动MI系统的建设，形成市场费用管理看板，能提供给管理层和市场团队使用，并不断更新迭代
