Requirements
- Proficiency in C/C++ programming
- Deep understanding of hardware components such as cache, memory, and buses, with a low-level logical approach
- Familiarity with NAND memory and SSD controllers for comprehensive functional, performance, and reliability verification
- Ability to read English technical specifications and communicate via email
Responsibilities
- Define SSD controller specifications based on industry trends, product planning, hardware, software, and game developer requirements
- Collaborate with LSI vendors on design and development
- Verify that prototype chips meet desired functionality and performance
- Ensure SSD controller firmware meets required functionality and performance (latency, throughput), and confirm stable performance through NAND reliability evaluation
- Contribute to the support of mass production
- Potentially contribute to the specification of custom LSI (future)
