- PlayStation独自ハードウェアアーキテクチャに最適化された低レイヤソフトウェアの設計・構築
- 電源投入からゲーム実行までのプロセスを高速かつ安定して実現する土台の提供
- ハードウェア制御、電力管理の実装
- コントローラーなどPlayStation周辺機器のファームウェアやドライバ開発
- 社内外・国内外のチームとの連携、仕様検討、フィードバック反映
