2年以上游戏研发、技术支持、QA、平台对接、工具链或相关实习/工作经验。
熟悉至少一项主机或PC平台的提审流程与合规要求（PS TRC / Xbox XR / Nintendo Lotcheck / Steamworks）。
具备基础技术背景（如脚本、调试、构建流程、引擎基础概念等），能够阅读技术文档并理解技术问题。
具备清晰沟通能力，可在研发、商务、QA、平台方之间准确传递信息。
工作态度积极，愿意深入研究平台规则、流程和要求，能够在压力与多任务环境下保持良好执行力。
具备中英文工作能力，可阅读英文技术文档；会日语为加分项。

Responsibilities

参与公司PC/主机（PlayStation / Xbox / Nintendo / Steam / Epic）重点项目的前期评估，协助梳理平台接入需求，为商务与项目组提供基础的技术判断和可行性建议。
负责平台SDK/API/工具链的基础接入支持，包括功能验证、文档整理、问题跟踪，逐步积累平台开发与提交流程经验。
建立并维护平台相关知识库，如TRC/XR合规要求、送审流程、最佳实践、常见问题等，帮助项目提升研发效率。
配合研发、QA、运营、商务等跨职能团队，整理平台技术需求、跟进问题解决进度，并确保跨部门沟通顺畅及时。
协助项目完成商店上架准备，包括Store配置、内容检查、构建准备、基础合规自查等事项。
根据平台方反馈跟进问题复现、补充信息和回报结果，形成问题归因与改进记录。
收集行业、平台政策更新与技术趋势，整理成内部参考材料，为团队决策提供信息支持。
在项目关键节点（如版本提交、测试、上线）参与推进基础操作和流程执行，确保研发与平台对接顺利。
