Requirements

B.S. or higher degree in Computer Science, Embedded Systems, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or related discipline
6+ years of professional experience in simulation and developing automated testing frameworks
Strong proficiency in Python for test scripting, automation, and data analysis
Hands-on experience building and developing simulation-based test pipelines and Continuous Integration (CI) systems
Experience with vehicle dynamics simulation environments (e.g., CarSim)

Responsibilities

Lead the design and implementation of simulation suites to validate system performance and detect regressions from software changes
Utilize Continuous Integration (CI) pipelines to run regression test suites and provide rapid feedback to development teams
Define and develop automated data post-processing tools to streamline analysis and continuously improve reporting efficiency
Analyze system requirements and verify the vehicle's safety concept
Interpret complex test data, correlate simulation fidelity with real-world vehicle performance, and report key findings to stakeholders
Work cross-functionally with drive validation, systems, software motion controls, and vehicle engineering teams to establish performance metrics that increase reliance on simulation
Design efficient and comprehensive test programs that leverage simulation and analysis to achieve full requirements coverage
