Responsibilities

  • Leverage reporting and tools to plan work executed by the DC Operations team
  • Choose which containers should be received inbound, which customer POs should be processed, and which trucks should be loaded outbound
  • Develop actionable, data-driven plans to support DC Operations
  • Monitor reports to resolve issues and keep plans on track
  • Track progress against monthly targets and align with daily/hourly tasks
  • Communicate with internal and external partners to problem-solve in real time
  • Manage transportation resources to meet customer delivery requirements
  • Collaborate with DC Operations to enable informed decision-making
  • Liaise with Accounts to schedule POs while balancing DC capacity constraints
