Requirements

  • Knowledge of quality and safety activities related to Planning, Warehouse, procurement, and Purchasing
  • Expertise in Inventory management (Cycle counting) processes
  • Understanding of adherence to processes, Deviation Management, QA considerations, EHS compliance, training & development, and capabilities management
  • Ability to create integrated processes among warehousing, logistics, operations, quality, and EHS
  • Skills in establishing key performance metrics and benchmarks
  • Experience with risk and gaps assessments, IBM audit compliance, CAPAs (Corrective and Preventive Actions)
  • Proficiency in monitoring TPRMs (Third Party Risk Management) for suppliers, PIR (Product Information Record), and QIR (Quality Information Record) for materials
  • Capability to lead annual internal audits, deep dive into findings, and implement corrective actions
  • Participation in deviation governance and change control meetings as SME on investigations
  • Knowledge of SAP master data setups and data health checks
  • Familiarity with labor laws, DRA (Distribution Risk Assessment), import/export policies

Responsibilities

  • Ensure a safe, secure, and clean work environment for Planning and warehousing employees
  • Ensure E2E Planning and warehousing operations align with site standard operating procedures
  • Assure Safety and Compliance in all daily operations, with direct oversight and daily reports to senior management
  • Lead risk and gaps assessments, develop and deploy them for IBM audit compliance, and lead CAPAs from audits
  • Monitor and maintain TPRMs of related suppliers
  • Maintain and frequently monitor PIR and QIR for all materials (Direct and indirect)
  • Lead annual internal audits, analyze findings, and collaborate on corrective and preventive actions
  • Participate in deviation governance and change control meetings, support teams as SME on investigations and actions
  • Ensure weekly and monthly reports on aged invoices for advances via PSID/POR
  • Track and follow up on invoice/bill submissions from third-party service providers
  • Perform RCA (Root Cause Analysis) for deviations and events
  • Monitor governance of internal inspections (L1 and L2), effectiveness, and CAPA closures
  • Ensure operational compliance with labor laws and conduct regular stakeholder sessions
  • Ensure DRA compliance with import/export policies of applicable countries
  • Ensure Warehouse/Planning teams complete learnings, reviews, change controls, CAPAs, ZAPs, trainings via KPI monitoring and HAPs governance
  • Frequently monitor and update SAP master data setups and conduct data health checks with daily/weekly circulation
