Min BA degree
Preferably with hands-on experience in Tableau, Power BI, Microsoft Excel
Good understanding of manufacturing and production planning processes
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Good judgement along with good decision making, communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain production schedules based on demand forecast, inventory levels, and production capacity
Track and follow up the progress of work orders and ensure they are closed in a timely manner
Adjust and manage production WIP to sustain optimal operational performance
Advise on strategies to optimize and accelerate the order fulfillment
Quickly identify potential risks and escalate work orders that may be at risk of missing deadlines
Collaborate with the Planning Support team for seamless coordination
Reassess and recommit to order fulfillment plans when work orders are missed
Proactively analyze data to determine opportunities to improve planning KPI
Prepare reports in a timely manner
Participate in improvement projects related to planning / manufacturing / automation
Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments to ensure timely delivery of materials and components
Monitor and analyze production metrics to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in the production process
Develop and implement strategies to minimize waste and improve resource utilization
Conduct regular meetings with production teams to address issues and communicate schedule changes
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in production planning to continuously improve processes
