Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in client relationships, placement, or management
  • Demonstrated account management skills and ability to work effectively with stakeholders
  • Demonstrated experience managing people and process from start to finish
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
  • Hybrid position requiring 2-3 days per week at office in Arlington, VA

Responsibilities

  • Ensuring placement specialists meet or exceed metrics towards on-time and quality placements through 1v1s, auditing, and trainings (Performance Management)
  • Communicate placement needs, issues, and approvals with faculty to ensure students are placed on time (University Relations)
  • Communicate with Student Success, Admissions, or Program Management managers to ensure KPIs are met successfully and the team has the necessary tools to execute on placements (Internal Relationship Management)
  • Work with fellow placement managers, HR, and L&D to ensure placement specialists have the necessary tools to complete job responsibilities (Team motivation and trainings)
  • Work with fellow placement managers and directors to plan for larger placement initiatives, efficiencies, and development (Long term strategy/planning)
