Requirements

Up to one year of PIT operation experience
Valid driver's license
Ability to obtain and retain a PIT certification
Basic computer skills for training purposes
Ability to work at heights as needed
Ability to climb, bend, and stoop for cleaning responsibilities
Ability to work in both cold and hot conditions
Ability to lift 50 lbs. or more
Ability to work at heights of twenty feet or above
Willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation
Rehire criteria: minimum waiting period of 180 days and no more than 3 times worked at Tyson Foods

Responsibilities

Operate skid steer and articulating type loaders for production purposes
Operate all loading and unloading equipment and follow procedures
Perform scaling and weighing duties
Load and unload hopper bottom trailers
Load and unload rail cars
Maintain facility cleanliness
Cross-training on various job duties within the facility
Ensuring a safe work environment
Adhering to Tyson Foods policies
