  • Actively engage in lobby management and customer service
  • Introduce appropriate banking partners when needed
  • Assist with and stay current on AML, BSA, and KYC processes
  • Identify and escalate suspected fraud cases
  • Resolve and log customer complaints
  • Review, approve, and resolve customer overdrafts
  • Accurately complete customer transactions
  • Complete operational activities, including documenting customer interactions
  • Adhere to compliance and operational risk controls
  • Promote a supportive and inclusive work environment
  • Maintain internal control standards
  • Complete other related duties as assigned
