Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in electrical or computer engineering with at least 8 years of ASIC experience, or a Master's degree in electrical or computer engineering with at least 8 years of ASIC experience. Proficiency in Cadence tools such as Virtuoso and P&R verification toolset is required.

Responsibilities

The Physical Design Engineer will be responsible for block-level floor planning, analyzing floorplan quality, and performing place and route. They will implement ECOs for timing closure, handle customized clock tree implementation, and conduct Signal Integrity (Sig EM) and Power IR analysis and fixes, as well as Power Grid (PG) and PG Voltage (PGV) analysis and fixes.
