Position Overview

eInfochips Inc, an Arrow company, is seeking a Sr. Physical Design Engineer with over 10 years of relevant experience to join their team. This role is based in the USA and offers a remote work arrangement.


Responsibilities

The candidate will be responsible for:

  • Cadence Physical Design Place & Route (P&R) flow.
  • Block-level floor planning and analyzing floorplan quality.
  • Place and Route implementation.
  • Implementing ECOs for timing closure.
  • Customized clock tree implementation.
  • Signal Integrity (Sig EM) and Power Integrity (Power IR) analysis and fixes.
  • Power Grid (PG) and Power Grid Voltage (PGV) analysis and fixes.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering with a minimum of 8 years of experience in ASIC or a related field, OR
  • A Master's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering with at least 8 years of experience in ASIC or a related discipline.
  • Proficiency in Cadence tools such as Virtuoso and the P&R Verification toolset.

Work Arrangement

  • Fully On-Site: Must be able to travel to an Arrow Client office location as requested by Arrow Client leadership.
  • Location: Complete USA (Remote Employees)
    • Remote employees may be required to be present at the closest designated Arrow office for work-related purposes, at the Company’s request and sole discretion.
