A Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering (advanced degree preferred) combined with hands-on experience in SOC/block-level physical design, high-speed timing closure, and deep nodes like 5nm/4nm. Strong collaboration skills with digital/analog and synthesis teams, plus ability to develop physical design flows and perform verification including STA, EM, and IR drop analysis.
