- Certified Pharmacy Technician
- Ability to operate hardware such as cash registers or related equipment
- Knowledge of company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity
- Ability to process member purchases, payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges using appropriate procedures for different membership and payment types
- Ability to assist with processing prescription and OTC orders and purchases
- Ability to stock and secure pharmacy supplies and merchandise
- Ability to enter prescription information, file prescriptions, and complete/maintain required paperwork, forms, and documentation
- Ability to receive, stock, and organize merchandise in the pharmacy area following company procedures
- Ability to use equipment appropriately, merchandise, and complete paperwork logs
- Ability to complete work assignments and priorities using policies, data, and resources; collaborate with managers, coworkers, customers, and partners; identify priorities, deadlines, and expectations; communicate progress; recommend improvements; and adapt to change
Responsibilities
- Provide member service by acknowledging members, identifying needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues and concerns, and promoting company products and services
- Operate hardware such as cash registers or related equipment; process member purchases and assist with payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges
- Provide pharmacy products and services to members in accordance with company policies and procedures
- Assist with processing prescription and OTC orders and purchases; stock and secure pharmacy supplies and merchandise; enter prescription information or file prescriptions; complete and maintain paperwork, forms, and other required documentation
- Receive and stock merchandise in the pharmacy area; organize and maintain the pharmacy area by following company procedures, utilizing equipment appropriately, merchandising, and completing paperwork logs and documentation
- Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity; implement related action plans; use the Open Door Policy
