Candidates should possess a Pharmacy Technician Certification and demonstrate at least one year of experience in a pharmacy setting. They must be comfortable operating hardware such as cash registers and related equipment, processing member purchases, and handling returns, refunds, and exchanges. Furthermore, the role requires the ability to assist with processing prescription and OTC orders, stocking pharmacy supplies, and completing necessary paperwork.
The Pharmacy Tech will provide Member service by acknowledging members, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting company products. They will also be responsible for operating hardware, processing member purchases and payments, providing pharmacy products and services, receiving and stocking merchandise, and maintaining the pharmacy area. Additionally, the role involves completing work assignments, complying with company policies, respecting individuals, acting with integrity, and serving customers and members effectively.
