Partner with Store Manager for talent pipeline and cross-training
Oversee Staff Pharmacists and District Support Pharmacists (where applicable), including performance management and reviews

Responsibilities

Manage and improve patient health through safe dispensing, counseling, and immunizing practices
Oversee pharmacy team during bench shifts, including coaching and follow-up for performance measures
Support safe and accurate prescription fulfillment by following and directing adherence to workflow procedures and safety guardrails
Contribute to positive patient experiences by resolving insurance/medication issues and collaborating with healthcare teams
Identify, engage, and support Pharmacy Technicians to learn immunization
Manage pharmacy inventory, focusing on best practices and cold chain protection
Conduct onboarding and training for new Technicians and Pharmacists on CVS workflow, ensuring timely completion
Escalate compliance issues to Rx District Leader as needed
Ensure cross-trained colleagues complete required training for licensure
Manage performance through observation, feedback, validation, annual reviews, and gap closure
