Requirements

  • Manage pharmacy inventory, focusing on best practices and cold chain protection
  • Conduct onboarding and training for new Technicians and Pharmacists on CVS workflow, ensuring timely completion of training/licensure
  • Ensure full compliance with state Board of Pharmacy regulations and escalate issues as needed
  • Partner with Store Manager to maintain talent pipeline of cross-trained colleagues and ensure their training completion
  • Oversee Staff Pharmacists and District Support Pharmacists, manage performance via observation, feedback, validation, annual reviews, and gap closure

  • Coach team on inventory best practices, especially cold chain products
  • Train new hires on CVS workflow and monitor training/licensure progress
  • Maintain pharmacy operations compliance with regulations
  • Partner with Store Manager for cross-trained colleague pipeline and training
  • Manage performance of pharmacists through observation, feedback, reviews, and improvements
