Requirements

- Ensure full compliance with state Board of Pharmacy regulations; escalate issues as needed
- Partner with Store Manager to maintain talent pipeline of cross-trained colleagues
- Oversee Staff Pharmacists and District Support Pharmacists, manage performance via observation, feedback, reviews, and gap closure
Responsibilities
- Help manage and improve patient health through safe dispensing, counseling, and immunizing
- Oversee pharmacy team during bench shifts and strengthen performance through coaching
- Direct team to follow pharmacy workflow and safety procedures for prescription fulfillment
- Contribute to positive patient experiences by showing empathy, resolving issues, and coaching team
- Offer and deliver immunizations; engage and support technicians in immunization
- Manage pharmacy inventory per best practices, especially cold chain products
- Onboard new technicians and pharmacists for store and district, track training/licensure
- Maintain pharmacy operations compliant with regulations; escalate to Rx DL as needed
- Partner with Store Manager for cross-trained colleague pipeline and training completion
- Manage performance of pharmacists through observation, feedback, reviews, and improvements
