Responsibilities
As a Pharmacy Manager, you will lead and develop a pharmacy team to provide exceptional patient care, promoting best practices and leading through change while identifying and addressing performance opportunities. You will oversee pharmacy team performance during bench shifts, ensuring safe and accurate prescription fulfillment, and contributing to positive patient experiences through empathy and care. Additionally, you will support novel program awareness, onboard new team members, recognize colleagues' success, manage pharmacy inventory, conduct new technician and pharmacist onboarding, and ensure pharmacy operations are fully compliant with state Board of Pharmacy regulations.
