Responsibilities

  • Develop a strong understanding of territory and reimbursement landscape using business insights tools to analyze and adapt to business needs
  • Systematically navigate the healthcare environment to understand accounts and become a trusted partner to key stakeholders
  • Build relationships with key customers in dermatology, including HCPs in dedicated practices, hospitals, dermatologists, fellows, educators, residents, advocacy groups, teaching institutions, influencers, and managed care organizations
  • Engage in account-based selling to drive adoption of Lilly’s dermatology therapies for diseases like psoriasis, psoriatic arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, non-radiographic axial spondylarthritis, and alopecia areata
  • Act as a credible expert and resource for customers
  • Utilize sales activity and business analytics to meet customer needs and achieve sales goals
  • Collaborate effectively with partners
