Responsibilities

  • Develop a strong understanding of territory and reimbursement landscape using business insights tools to analyze and adapt to business needs (Territory Management)
  • Systematically navigate the healthcare environment to understand accounts and become a trusted partner to key stakeholders (Account Management)
  • Build relationships with key customers in dermatology, including HCPs in dedicated practices, hospital accounts (dermatologists, fellows, educators, residents), state/local advocacy groups, teaching institutions, key influencers, and managed care organizations
  • Engage with every member of an office/account using medical integrity and clinical knowledge
  • Promote the entire product portfolio through planned, patient-centered dialogues with customers
  • Utilize all business analytic resources to meet customer needs and achieve sales goals
  • Collaborate effectively with others in the field (Partner Collaboration)
  • Act as a credible expert and resource in the dermatology space to drive adoption of Lilly’s therapies for autoimmune diseases (e.g., psoriasis, psoriatic arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, alopecia areata)
