Responsibilities

  • Account-based selling to healthcare providers (HCPs) who prescribe and influence treatments for Lilly's dermatology portfolio, including dermatologists, dermatology fellows, educators, chief internal medicine/family practice residents, and residents in dermatology rotations
  • Build relationships with key customers in the dermatology space to drive adoption of new and existing therapies
  • Identify and develop business relationships with state/local advocacy groups, teaching institutions, key influencers, and managed care organizations
  • Serve as a credible expert and resource in the field
  • Develop territory management strategies
  • Manage accounts to become a trusted partner
  • Engage in selling activities focused on patient-centered dialogue to help customers identify appropriate patients
  • Achieve sales goals through execution and results-oriented activities
