Responsibilities

  • Promote the full portfolio of priority products across multiple HCP specialties
  • Understand the marketplace within the territory, evaluate and tailor territory strategy to grow and own business outcomes
  • Navigate the healthcare environment and payer landscape to impact key stakeholders and become trusted partners
  • Utilize business insight tools, data, and analytics to identify trends, priorities, opportunities, and obstacles
  • Implement and adopt new technologies to streamline customer interactions and enhance customer experience
  • Embrace selling, competency, and account management models to elevate performance and drive results
  • Demonstrate patient-centered dialogues with customers
  • Promote across business unit portfolio and HCP specialties, driving consistent ways of working within the Regional Healthcare Market
  • Utilize the Virtual Medical Hub appropriately
  • Achieve targeted sales and execution metrics while adhering to company policies and procedures
  • Own customer relationships for product promotion, on-label medical questions, and general market access
  • Hold self-accountable for results and performance across all accounts, from individual HCPs to large health systems
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal and external partners to foster trust and collaborative success
