Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent
Two years of work or military experience
Current and valid Driver’s License with no restrictions
Availability to work overnight shifts as needed
Availability to be on call during off-work hours and weekends as necessary
Ability to obtain pest certification and/or business licensing pursuant to state/local law
18 years of age or older
Ability to pass background check and drug test (including THC)
Proper documentation to fly (e.g., Real ID) for 1-week training in Eagan, MN
Ability to wear and use a respirator
Ability to lift/push/pull/carry up to 50 pounds chest high
Ability to work in confined spaces, damp/dusty locations, use ladders, freezing/hot conditions
Ability to perform physical tasks: lifting, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, using hands/fingers, balancing, walking, standing, talking, hearing
Ability to drive a company vehicle

Responsibilities

Deliver pest elimination services to commercial customers (e.g., hospitality, retail, food/beverage plants, restaurants, hotels, hospitals, nursing homes, schools)
Establish effective working relationships with customers and partner on best practices to identify and solve pest elimination needs
Identify customer needs and recommend additional solutions to enhance pest prevention and elimination
Maintain accurate documentation and service records using handheld computerized equipment
Maintain expertise in Ecolab’s product/service offerings and stay informed on industry conditions to enhance service and sales
Represent the company with professionalism and integrity, building trust with every customer interaction
