Requirements

Board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) with an active Pennsylvania license
Current DEA registration
Experience with psychopharmacology and medication management across the lifespan
Confident working in virtual settings and comfortable with concurrent documentation
A strong communicator who thrives on building meaningful relationships
Flexible and responsive to occasional challenges (tech hiccups, patient crises, etc.)

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and diagnostic assessments
Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications
Create personalized, evidence-based treatment plans
Deliver medication management and supportive therapy to a diverse patient population entirely via telehealth
Document in real time with easy-to-use EHR tools
Participate in ongoing collaboration with the supportive clinical team
Be available and engaged during scheduled hours—no on-call requirements
