Requirements

  • Board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) with an active Pennsylvania license
  • Current DEA registration
  • Experience with psychopharmacology and medication management across the lifespan
  • Confident working in virtual settings and comfortable with concurrent documentation
  • A strong communicator who thrives on building meaningful relationships
  • Flexible and responsive to occasional challenges (tech hiccups, patient crises, etc.)

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and diagnostic assessments
  • Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications
  • Create personalized, evidence-based treatment plans
  • Deliver medication management and supportive therapy to a diverse patient population entirely via telehealth
  • Document in real time with easy-to-use EHR tools
  • Participate in ongoing collaboration with the supportive clinical team
  • Be available and engaged during scheduled hours—no on-call requirements
