High school diploma
Minimum of 6 months in a manufacturing role
Experience in sterile manufacturing environments preferred
Outstanding understanding of sterile manufacturing processes
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to strictly follow and enforce safety and quality protocols
Ability to stand for extended periods
Capability to lift up to 25 kg
Ability to work in a controlled, sterile environment adhering to strict safety guidelines (e.g., no hair products, jewelry, makeup, nail polish, perfume, exposed piercings, facial hair, contact lenses; PPE required including safety glasses, gowning, gloves, lab coat, ear plugs)
