Requirements

Possess a valid driver's license
Ability to frequently lift and carry boxes weighing up to 35 pounds for intervals of 15-30 minutes
Ability to work at heights of up to 20 feet from the floor
Ability to work in tight spaces
Ability to work in an environment with frequently changing temperatures
Ability to walk, squat, and bend over for intervals of 15-30 minutes
Ability to work in a highly structured environment, strictly adhering to provided standard work instructions
Ability to follow and understand source documents to verify serial numbers and shipping documents
Ability to safely move prime product into confined areas and secure for transportation

Responsibilities

Operate various types of Caterpillar product (CTL)
Move and store prime product from production line to storage
Safely move prime product after completing basic inspection to distribution center
Train others in Standard Work
Follow documented procedures and standard work, as defined in a variety of source documents, to move machines to correct locations
Follow and utilize CPS principles of 5S, Continuous Improvement Idea Reporting, Waste Elimination, and Standard Work
Keep work area in a clean and orderly condition
