The Payroll Implementation Manager is responsible for organizing and running kick-off meetings, delivering payroll implementations, and managing project plans for successful client roll-outs. They will support project review calls, manage changes to scope and schedules, define and set up client payroll processes, and ensure timely management of payroll calendars. This role also involves maintaining project documentation, configuring systems for parallel and live payroll, managing the go-live transition and sign-off, and generating reports for payroll data analysis and reconciliation.
