3–5 years’ experience in payments operations, fraud/risk operations, or financial services
Strong analytical skills; comfortable working with data dashboards and performance reporting tools
Detail-oriented, process-driven, and proactive in identifying inefficiencies
Strong communicator, able to work effectively across product, operations, and external teams

Responsibilities

Manage dispute and chargeback processes from intake to resolution
Conduct fraud investigations and escalate patterns to product and risk leads
Track and analyze performance metrics such as authorization rates, decline reasons, and fraud losses
Support reporting and KPI tracking for payment optimization and risk performance
Document workflows, maintain compliance standards, and identify areas for process improvement
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and external partners to strengthen operations and data accuracy
