Requirements

  • Placed in Tallinn with right to work there (no visa or relocation support)
  • Previous experience in Chargebacks, Investigations, Disputes or another FinCrime function using investigation skills
  • Demonstrated expertise in taking full ownership of a core operational domain (e.g., chargebacks or Investigations), including analyzing, scaling, improving, and streamlining processes
  • Proactive mindset to implement updates and changes using expert knowledge, taking on new tasks
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills, managing improvements and communications with cross-functional teams and product managers
  • Expert in understanding operational processes and internal tools
  • Critical thinking skills and ability to solve edge-case problems without existing guidelines or processes
  • Recognised as a key mentor or go-to expert for training and support

Responsibilities

  • Act as the main point of contact (POC) and SME for discovery and strategic project implementations across stakeholders (Product, Service Operations, Process Excellence, Payment Defects, Training, KM, Quality)
  • Own and optimise Regional Knowledge Bases to enhance process manuals and reduce escalation rates
  • Serve as first level escalation point for complex cases and crises, handling incidents and ensuring smooth operations
  • Confidently handle SEV-1 incidents while coaching the team on incident handling
  • Coordinate risk assessments and mitigation initiatives related to products and processes
  • Take a leading role in training and mentoring new and existing specialists to build domain expertise
  • Maintain operational execution (20% of time) by handling day-to-day tasks to stay current with tooling and process changes
