Requirements

  • Interest in working in loss prevention and recovery domain
  • At least 1 year of experience in a leadership position, with a track record of demonstrating strong leadership skills and building high-functioning teams
  • Understanding of how to set clear OKRs and KPIs for the team, with a proven track record of moving metrics and driving the team to reach goals
  • Strong analytical mindset, able to identify high value-add opportunities for customers and team, and build narratives from data to influence decisions
  • Self-starter who is independent, able to navigate and thrive in a fast-paced, autonomous environment, and drives to make things happen
  • Strong aptitude for learning new skills, proactive approach to problem solving, and taking initiative
  • Passion for risk management and willingness to stand up for the customer within the organization
  • Proven track record of taking individual ownership and responsibility, as well as being a great team-player
  • Strong communicator with internal and external stakeholders, able to adapt communication style, persuade others, and challenge when needed
  • Comfortable working within teams that face complex issues and taking charge in difficult situations

Responsibilities

  • Liaise with relevant departments to ensure Recovery team’s objectives are met and risk areas are considered in projects and products
  • Plan and build vision for the Recovery domain
  • Develop and maintain effective operations processes, task allocation, training, and performance management to deliver high-quality, high-speed customer service with tightly managed costs
  • Increase efficiency of the operations team while balancing health and productivity of specialists
  • Ensure team’s readiness to handle unexpected situations
  • Ensure Recovery team’s responsibilities, quality, procedures, and service level agreements are upheld
  • Develop and maintain loss prevention & recovery procedures and operational effectiveness measurement metrics (SLAs, KPIs)
  • Support continuous growth of individuals and the team
  • Contribute to hiring new team members
  • Identify and implement improvements to processes to address problematic areas
  • Build up new expertise and functions to increase impact on team targets
