Responsibilities

Telephone support, patient service and guidance on matters of hospitalization, medication, disease management, drug administration and other health services
Scheduling visits and sending medicines and other consumables based on company procedures
Conduct reminders, patient satisfaction surveys and other outbound calls
Management of pharmacovigilance reports (adverse events and product complaints in pharmaceutical products)
Coordination and communication with the other departments of the company
Data entry in the information system
