  • Scheduling visits and sending medicines and other consumables based on company procedures
  • Conduct reminders, patient satisfaction surveys and other outbound calls
  • Management of pharmacovigilance reports (adverse events and product complaints in pharmaceutical products)
  • Coordination and communication with the other departments of the company
  • Data entry in the information system
