A dedication to tracking and improving performance is essential, along with a deep interest in understanding business challenges across various verticals. A sense of entrepreneurship and the ability to work within undefined processes are also required. A Bachelor’s degree from a four-year university is preferred, along with any experience in client-facing or sales roles, particularly in business development or consulting.
The Partner Development Representative will identify and source new partner opportunities within the accounting sector through inbound qualification and direct outreach. They will engage and qualify prospective partners using various methods, conduct in-depth research to assess potential fit, and collaborate cross-functionally with Channel Partner Managers and other teams to grow Ramp’s Partner ecosystem. Additionally, they will educate accounting leaders on Ramp’s partnership program and maintain accurate partner relationship data within Salesforce.
