At least 2 years of post-licensure clinical experience, preferably in perinatal or women’s mental health
Strong grounding in evidence-based modalities (CBT, ACT, IPT, attachment-based approaches) and trauma-informed care
Comfort and proficiency with virtual platforms, EHRs, and telehealth best practices
Commitment to participating in a collaborative team model with shared consultation and continuous learning
Passion for Seven Starling’s mission and eagerness to contribute to a growing, dynamic company
Available to work during standard business hours: 8am-8pm with at least 20% of appointments available after 4pm (approximately 5 appointments)
Able to average approximately 25 hours per week, including 24 client appointments per week

Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, evidence-based care through teletherapy for clients navigating the perinatal journey
Participate in clinical consultation individually and in groups, and join monthly clinical team meetings
Deliver the Seven Starling Care Model by utilizing evidence-based modalities (CBT, ACT, IPT, attachment-based approaches)
Create and maintain high-quality documentation and treatment plans
Collaborate with a supportive clinical team in a feedback-rich environment
Contribute to company-wide initiatives aligned with your interests
