Requirements

Must hold an active and unrestricted LPCC or LCSW license in California, with at least two years of experience in the field within the last five years. Must be competent in clinical practice and supervision techniques, stay informed of relevant laws, and have completed the minimum supervision training or coursework specified by the state. The supervisor must also reside permanently within California and be willing to maintain a clinical caseload of 10 client sessions per week.

Responsibilities

Provide clinical supervision to a minimum of six resident clinicians, including weekly group supervision and individual supervision for every 10 clinical hours. The supervisor will coach clinicians on professional and clinical development, oversee documentation, and complete weekly documentation of supervision sessions. They will also complete coaching documentation for any performance concerns and collaborate with the Regional Clinical Director regarding performance issues.
