Yes, this is a remote supervision role within California. You must reside permanently within the state of CA and can supervise fully remote from any location within the state.
You must be credentialed or willing to be credentialed as an LPCC and LCSW in California, with an active, unrestricted LPCC license held for at least two years within the five-year period preceding supervision.
Responsibilities include providing clinical supervision to at least six resident clinicians, conducting weekly group sessions, individual supervision for every 10 clinical hours (minimum 7 hours/week), maintaining a caseload of 10 client sessions per week, and coaching on professional development.
