Requirements

Candidates should be fashion obsessed and client and brand centric, with a passion for promoting brand engagement with clients, partners, and within their city. They should be responsible for representing Good American in the daily business operations of the store and supporting all store initiatives, including superior client engagement, store upkeep, operational support, and ensuring visual standards while driving for sales results and KPI goals.

Responsibilities

The Sales Associate/Stylist will be an ambassador to the brand, promoting the culture of Good American internally and externally, driving for financial results by achieving individual sales targets and supporting team members, ensuring individual KPI goals are attained, supporting the achievement of KPI goals of team members and store, following through on customer journey, delivering the best possible client experience, and solution-oriented approach to finding resolutions to customer service issues. They will also support floor coverage, financial targets, visual merchandising standards, client service, and operational functions within the store, support all visual merchandising initiatives, support inventory initiatives, participate in store activations/events, attend all meetings, and contribute towards client acquisition and retention.
